Credits, Pricing, & Usage FAQ

1. How do credits work?

KreatorFlow uses a credit system called "Flames" for generating content. Each tool and its various settings (like output quality, duration for videos, complexity) will display the number of Flames required for a single generation. These Flames are deducted from your account balance when you initiate a task.

2. What happens when I run out of credits?

If your Flames balance reaches zero or is insufficient for a selected operation, you won't be able to start new generations. You'll need to top up your Flames by purchasing a credit pack or upgrading your subscription to continue creating.

3. Can I top up credits without upgrading my subscription?

Yes, absolutely. We offer credit packs that you can purchase to supplement your balance at any time, regardless of your current subscription tier. This gives you flexibility if you have a high-volume project or just need a few extra Flames.

4. What's included in each pricing tier?

Each of our pricing tiers offers a different set of features, monthly Flame allowances, and access levels to advanced tools. For a detailed breakdown of what's included in the Hobbyist, Pro, and Power User plans (or your specific tier names), please visit our dedicated Pricing Page.

KreatorFlow Pricing Tiers --> For a quick overview, higher tiers generally offer more monthly Flames, access to premium generation models, higher resolution outputs, faster queue times, and more extensive character model capabilities.

5. Is there a refund policy?

Yes, we offer refunds for unused purchased Flames under certain conditions, typically within a specific timeframe from the purchase date. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. For detailed information, please refer to our Terms of Service or contact support.
